As the Founder and Clinical Director of The Center for Life for over a decade, my mission is to foster a secure and nurturing space for your exploration, healing, and transformation. I serve as a keeper of stories and a dedicated co-author in your journey. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice from the narratives of shame, guilt, and trauma, providing the clinical partnership necessary to rewrite your past and author a future of wholeness and purpose.
When you begin this transformative journey with me, you are in capable and caring hands. My calling to help others spans over 20 years, beginning with a personal commitment to faith, community care, and lay service—including my service as an ordained pastor. Today, that foundation of compassion directly informs my clinical practice.
Building upon that groundwork, I pursued extensive clinical education—earning a four-year foundational degree in clinical and counseling psychology, followed by a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Supported by nearly a decade of rigorous academic study and supervised clinical training—along with ongoing doctoral studies—my commitment to clinical excellence forms the bedrock of my practice, ensuring every session is grounded in deep psychological theory and evidence-based care.
I continue to hone my skills through a diverse lens of service—drawing on a foundation in traditional naturopathy since 2005, clinical healthcare experience as a Registered Medical Assistant since 2010, and my background as a spiritual advisor and clinical psychotherapist. This integrative approach allows me to support your well-being holistically, honoring the vital connection between mind, body, and spirit.
My work is driven by a genuine, passionate concern for your well-being. I am devoted to guiding you toward achieving optimal health and happiness, ultimately helping you leave a lasting legacy of generational joy.
